Forgotten Manifest is owned and run by Duelex LLC. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't play. How we handle your information is on the privacy page.

Age

You need to be 13 or older to play.

Your character

Play fair, be decent

Reporting and moderation

If someone breaks these rules, press Report on their menu in the game (right-click them on a PC, press and hold on them on a phone, or on a pad stand beside them and press Y, or triangle). The report goes to the game's staff with the last lines of chat you both saw.

The game's helpers, moderators and admin can:

Every mute and ban has a reason, and you're shown it. If you think one was wrong, write to support@duelex.com.

What you get in the game

Items, bits, levels and everything else in the game are part of the game. They aren't property and have no money value, and we may change, rebalance or reset them as the game grows.

The game changes

Things change, sometimes a lot. Servers can go down, an update may be needed to keep playing, and although we work hard to keep it from happening, progress can be lost. One day the game may end.

Worlds hosted by players

A world a player hosts from the game runs on their machine, and they're responsible for it. Nobody from the game moderates it. These rules still apply to how you behave there.

What's ours

The game and everything in it (its art, music, names and code) belong to Duelex LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark. You're welcome to play it. Please don't copy, sell or share its builds, or reuse its art.

No promises

The game comes as it is, without any guarantee. As far as the law allows, Duelex LLC isn't responsible for lost progress or any other loss that comes from playing.

Stopping

You can stop playing at any time, and delete your character yourself in Settings (how). We can close a character that breaks these rules.

Changes

When these terms change, this page says what changed and the date at the top changes. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.

27 October 2026: the game now belongs to Duelex LLC. How to report a player and what moderation can do are written down, and so are bits, scams, keeping children safe, and that the game can end.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.
